We enjoy this bean so much as part of our “Here & Now” blend, we decided it was too good not to do one its own! The Ethiopian bean by itself creates a hint of honey and milk chocolate, with a subtle berry finish. Great roast for anyone who likes a little fruit in their cup. We have several customers who use this as a natural remedy to treat adult ADD, so very fitting that its name is Clarity:)
