OUR ROASTING PHILOSOPHY
Life is too short to drink bad coffee. For many, coffee holds a place in our daily lives. The aroma wakes us from our slumber in the mornings. It is with us for our morning commute. It connects us with co-workers. It gives us an excuse to sit down and spend time with loved ones that one day we know we will miss dearly. It can even give us a reason for an simple afternoon break. Coffee can be an everyday pleasure, and we work hard to ensure it is. We source only high quality coffee beans and roast each coffee to bring out each one’s full flavor potential. Through trial and error, we perfect each roast to create a profile that brings out just the right amount of flavors such as acidity, floral notes, fruity notes, chocolate, molasses, and earthy notes. These flavors will vary with each individual coffee, and we work to find the right balance every time.
