Order and Shipment Confirmations

When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make changes to your order, please reply to the confirmation email and we will do our best to accommodate. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment.

Shipping Policy

We believe in getting your freshly roasted coffee to you ASAP! Therefore, we only ship using USPS Priority Mail, meaning you will have your coffee within 1-3 business days from when we ship it.

Please note, we are a specialty, small batch roaster and currently roast on Fridays. All orders placed before Thursday, 11:59pm CST will be roasted on Friday and shipped out the following day (Saturday). Any orders arriving after the Thursday evening deadline will be included in the following week’s roast.

All orders will be shipped out on Saturday, less than 24 hours after it is roasted to achieve maximum flavor enjoyment. Regardless of your order size, you pay one low flat $7 shipping rate for domestic orders.

Return Policy

Since all coffee is roasted to order and flavors are subjective, we do not offer returns on coffee products, but will offer store credit minus the cost of shipping and handling to ensure that you are able to find a coffee that you will enjoy.
